Tallulah Point Overlook will host the first ever "Meet the Artist" event in the parking lot in front of the store on the last two weekends in June during the Tallulah Gorge Skywalk Celebration, a celebration honoring the 45th Anniversary of Karl Wallenda's historic walk across Tallulah Gorge. Come to the Point and meet several of the artists who sell their work at Tallulah Point. Other local artists will the participating too. The event takes place from 10 am - 6 pm all 4 days. June 20th - June 28th Art in Action..Take a Walk on the Wild Side
Come to Tallulah Point Overlook during the 10 day Tallulah Gorge Skywalk Celebration and see "Art in Action" as 4 local Tallulah Falls artists "Take a Walk on the Wild Side" and paint a mural honoring Karl Wallenda's walk across Tallulah Gorge on the front of our building!!!! They will start their mural on Sat June 20th and apply the final paint stroke on Sun June 28th. Please be our guest during this fun event and see Art in Action and be able to tell your kids "I was there when this was being painted"!!! 1st & 3rd Thursday nights June - October 1st & 3rd Thursday Bike Nights
Enjoy the merriment and fellowship at Tallulah Point Overlook during the twice monthly Bike Nights on The Porch overlooking Tallulah Gorge. Enjoy hickory smoked BBQ, cold beer, a charity raffle, 50/50, and live music from 6 pm - 10 pm. Plenty of parking and the only place in town to eat, meet, and greet with a view of Tallulah Gorge! Saturday nights April - October Saturday Night Bluegrass
Bring a lawn chair, your musical instrument and your family and come to the Saturday night Pickin' and a Grinnin' in downtown Tallulah Falls at the Tallulah Falls Opry House, Main St. Good old fashion fun! There's a Bonfire for roasting marshmellows and hot dogs and drinks by donation. Bring a covered dish to share if you would like. For more information, call Town Hall at 706-754-6040.

Come enjoy the historic flows of water in Tallulah Gorge as Georgia Power Company releases four times the normal amount of  water over the Tallulah Dam.  The beautiful roaring falls may be seen from the overlooks on the North and South Rim Trails at Tallulah Gorge State Park.  The roaring river winding through Tallulah Gorge can also be easily seen from the overlook porch at Tallulah Point Overlook.  For more information, contact the State Park at 706-754-7970 or Tallulah Point Overlook at 706-754-4318.

Come watch worldclass kayakers as they navigate the Tallulah River as it winds through Tallulah Gorge.  Five weekends out of the year, Georgia Power Company releases extra water over the Tallulah Dam to make this spectacular event possible.  The kayakers can be seen going over Oceana Falls from both the North and South Rim Trail at Tallulah Gorge State Park. They can also be seen paddling down the Tallulah River and going over Sweet Sixteen Falls from the overlook porch at Tallulah Point Overlook.  On Saturday, the expanded flow of water over the dam is 500 cubic feet per second and on Sunday it is 700 cfs.  For more information call the State Park at 706-754-7970 or Tallulah Point Overlook at 706-754-4318.
